Women's health day. The tenth Annual Women's Health Day will be held October 18 at Executive Caterers at Landerhaven in Mayfield Heights. Sponsored by MacDonald Hospital for Women and the Auxiliary of University Hospitals of Cleveland, this year's event presents experts on eighteen current health topics.
In addition to the health information program, the MacDonald Hospital for Women Award will be presented to Dr. Bernie S. Siegel, surgeon, best-selling author and founder of Exceptional Cancer Patients, Inc., a unique support group based on Siegel's belief that unconditional love can heal a person both physically and mentally.

The Women's Building Project will hold a meeting on Saturday, October 7, at 10 a.m., in the WSW Library at the Civic. All women are invited to help in the restructuring and redefining of what the WBP is and how it can best serve the community. The meeting will focus on formulating new bylaws.
